Ready Rock Boy: The Birth of Destruction

William "Shimmie" Miller was born and raised on the South Side of Youngstown, Ohio. A young star quarterback of the South High Warriors who unfortunately could not overcome the perils and traps of the urban city and in 1993 he was falsely accused of murder and sent to prison, where he served 26 years. While in prison he created the RESPECT Program in attempt to address the dangerous mindset of young men of color. Upon his release in 2019, he has since made it his mission to help fix what he helped to break. He has contributed numerous initiatives such as;"Barbers & BBQ", "Barber Christmas Bash", "PROS & CONS Podcast", "From Beefin' toBrotherhood" and last but not least the flourishing "RESPECT Basketball League". He has morphed this RESPECT Program into Will RESPECT Inc. which now implement all of these initiatives.
